When we deploy AI voice agents or automation systems on your behalf, you agree to: • Ensure use complies with laws in your jurisdiction • Obtain necessary consents from your customers before AI calling • Not contact individuals who have opted out or are on do-not-call lists • Comply with local telemarketing and automated calling regulations VoyceVers AI provides technology and implementation. Compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, VoyceVers AI Ltd shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential losses • Loss of revenue or profits • Data loss or corruption • Third-party service outages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
